We are happy to say that it is, and all of this can happen thanks to the ingredients that form the juice. It is made from cinnamon and honey, and they have the properties to remove the excess weight by speeding up your metabolism.
- Two tablespoons of honey
- One teaspoon of cinnamon
- of water
How to prepare it:
You will first need to boil the water and then pour the cinnamon in. Cover it and then wait for it to cool down. When the water is sufficiently cooled down, add the honey. You will need to drink half of the drink in the mornings, before your breakfast, and the other half in the evenings before going to bed.
