SuperGreen Spring Smoothie

We must admit that as the spring is coming we all want to be healthy and look nice and attractive. In that way, first think I can think of is a glass of tasty green smoothie.  Those great magic drinks are an easy way to ensure you are getting your daily nutrients and vitamins. In only 5 minutes you can have all daily doses of vegetables and fruits, that’s why smoothies are my favorite. Most of green smoothies are sweet enough on their own, but you can add some natural sweetener as honey to taste. Here is one recipe of green smoothie based on spinach, mint ,banana and pear.

Ingredients :

  • 1 bunch fresh mint
  • 2 handfuls of spinach
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 a banana
  • 1 small pear
  • 2 tablespoons carob
  • 2 tablespoons minced golden flax
  • 120 ml coconut water
  • 120 ml of unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 handfuls of ice

SuperGreen Spring Smoothie

Preparation :

  1. Wash the spinach and pears .
  2.  Place all ingredients in blender .
  3. Blend and serve !
