Ingredients:

  • 1 Tbsp. raw honey
  • 1 Mango
  • 1 Cup of chamomile tea
  • 1 Cup of yogurt
  • Ice (optional)

    Instructions:

  1. Peel and chop mango and place in a blender with low-fat natural yogurt, raw honey and a few ice cubes.
  2. Blend until smooth. Divide between 2 glasses.
