- 2 middle size carrots
- 250 gr broccoli
- 1 onion
- 1 whole garlic
- 1 tbs quinoa
- 1 tbs millet
- 1/2 tbs black pepper
- 1/2 tbs ginger
- 1/2 tbs turmeric
- 1 soup cube
- First you need to wash all the vegetables very good.
- Chop all the vegetables and put them in a pot full of water. Let them boil for 15-20 minutes.
- Strain the water from the pot.
- Put all the ingredients (vegetables) in a blender. Blend it until you get a homogeneous mixture.
- Add the mixture from the blender back in the pot.
- Add the quinoa and the millet in the pot.
- Add the pepper, turmeric and the ginger.
- Boil the mixture again for around 15 minutes.
Voila! Your delicious healthy soup is ready to serve!
