All vitamins, minerals and nutrients that contain this green salad served with healthy sunflower and flax seeds becomes real health portions on your plate.
Ingredients: ( for 6-8 persons )
• 3 heads of lettuce
• 3 Tablespoons olive oil
• ½ Teaspoon turmeric
• ½ Teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
• ½ Cup of water
• Juice of 1 lemon
• Flax seeds
• Sunflower seeds
Wash the lettuces. In separate bowl mix olive oil, lemon juice, turmeric, black pepper and water. Quantity of these ingredients select as you desire, or , if you prefer more acidic dressings, squeeze more lemon or put less water, so dress the salad and sprinkle it with flax and sunflower seeds. We suggest this colorful salad to be served with the main meal.
